This Sole Source, Design/Build project is has gotten underway after completion of full design documents completed by Unami, LLC Architectural/Engineering partner, Zapata Group, Inc. from Charlotte, NC incorporating 5 tiers of work into one project within a High Security Facility, including the Installation of Sound Panel Systems in facility Communications “Caves”, Construction of Modular offices with the incorporation of revised wet sprinkler and fire alarm systems, upgrades to secure tele-communications and new finishes, Installation of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure with electrical vehicle charging station capability for facility EV’s, design and construction of a new 24/7 “Grab n Go” Fresh Food Dispensary for 24-hour staff use bringing health based foods and beverages to the site and radical renovations to the US Army Cyber Command Suite Reception Area including new custom casework, display cabinets, controlled access doors, improved lighting, communications and data points of connection.
